Unable to install ghost Installer

My manager purchased this product for me after I tried out the demo. Problem is that I can't install Ghost Installer unless I uninstall the demo. The file, uninstall.exe, is missing (hence the uninstall shortcut doesn't work), so I am unable to uninstall the demo.

Before I go splunking into the registry, I would like some guidance. I have tried emailing tech support (last week), and have gotten no answer. I emailed the sales team, and they told me to try to uninstall from the console (obviously won't work), and then suggested I reinstall the demo (which of course you can't do because it insists you have to uninstall). I am starting to regret this purchase. First, this is installation software, which should be well enough tested that I don't have a problem installing their demo. Secondly, it (seems) impossible to get tech support.
