"msmtomsi" : error 2228

Hi , I download from this websire the utility "msmtomsi" .
I must use it to convert sono merge module msm to msi .
The merge module , that I use , was provide by Business Object and they runs under :
Visual Studio Installer 1.1
WISE for Windows 5.x
WISE for Windows 4.2
InstallShield 9 DevStudio 9
InstallShield 8 SP2 Developer Edition

I have 2 problem

1) The "msmtomsi" convert regulary the msm file to msi ; but when I run the msi , it appears the messagge "bla,bla,bla , error 2228" ... the msi is corrupted !!!
2) Sometimes when I launh the conversion , the "msmtomsi"  got to crash but can create the msi file ; but the msi is also corrupted .

Ti exists a new version of this application '> I found only one version from this link : http://www.ethalone.com/download/msm2msi.zip

Hi,
I have the same problem with IUVCR I cant set it to record some TV program because sometimes it will record me 30 minutes and sometimes there is error you have too. I dont know what to do, please help me
